BlessingWhite joins GP Strategies
Under new ownership, BlessingWhite looks to expand offering, product development and geographic reach.

BlessingWhite has entered into an agreement to be acquired by global performance improvement solutions provider GP Strategies Corporation (NYSE: GPX).
The new agreement will strengthen GP Strategies ability to deliver comprehensive global leadership and professional development services across its diverse customer base in over 65 countries. For BlessingWhite, as a division of GP Strategies, the new ownership will provide access to an expanded portfolio of solutions, a wider network of experts in more specialized areas, enhanced delivery modalities and a greater geographic reach.
