Tom Barry

Tom Barry founded BlessingWhite in the UK . He returned to the business in 2005 as Managing Director after a gap of 7 years during in which time he completed several life ambitions such as winning the funding for the new Oxford University boathouse and becoming an independent coach and leadership specialist.

His first tenure with BlessingWhite saw him grow the business from a small arm of a US company to a substantial division of BlessingWhite in its own right. He has worked in a leadership capacity with three coaching, leadership and career change businesses and more recently as Business Development Director with outsourcing specialists Williams Lea. Previous business experience included spells in the manufacturing and electronics sectors

Clients value Tom’s breadth of business and management experience and the early and practical results that this brings. Tom has set up and led businesses in a variety of sectors and provides genuine insight on both business and career issues and the energy and support needed to resolve them.

Tom went to Oriel College, Oxford. He has written papers on a range of culture change and leadership issues and has spoken widely at conferences. He is capable of inspiring people at all levels within an organisation.
