Announcing four new partnerships
There are many exciting aspects of the work we do at BlessingWhite. One of them is where the work takes us, both physically and metaphorically. Our clients are truly global – in their thinking and in their footprint – and BlessingWhite is there with them.
Ralph Waldo Emerson is credited with the great quote, "Life is a journey, not a destination." Today we are proud to announce that we have four new companions on our exiting onward journey. Together we plan on broadening our delivery capability for existing clients with more certified facilitators and consultants in more locations worldwide. These partnerships also help us make our initiatives truly resonate with different cultures and different perspectives on the world of work.

Middle East and Northern Africa…
The first of these partnerships is with Abu Dhabi University Knowledge Group (ADUKG), the training and development arm of Abu Dhabi University.

ADUKG and BlessingWhite Inc. have forged a new strategic partnership to bring BlessingWhite's Leadership and Employee Engagement initiatives to organizations in the Middle East and Northern Africa (MENA). Under the terms of the 10-year agreement, the Abu Dhabi University Knowledge Group will represent BlessingWhite exclusively across 19 Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and MENA countries.
Through research, academic excellence, responsive course structuring and key sector focus, ADUKG makes sure that organizations throughout the region are competitive, sustainable and equipped with highly-qualified and enlightened people to lead them. ADUKG is the united face of a new and growing collection of knowledge-oriented institutes and entities. These organizations are dedicated to offering wide-ranging training and development solutions across the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the region, providing a single point of call for all of the specific training and development needs of businesses, government institutions and individuals.
The partnership's initial focus will be on BlessingWhite's diagnostics, assessments, consulting and flagship programs such as Why Should Anyone Be Led by You?™ , Leading Out Loud™, Leading Technical Professionals™, It's Your Career™, and Taking Control of Your Engagement™.

Eastern Africa…
CIAR Africa Ltd. and BlessingWhite have been working together for some time on delivering Leadership Development solutions to firms in Eastern Africa. We are delighted to take this relationship to the next level as we focus on joint initiatives in the region.
