Kate Jennings

Kate is BlessingWhite's Senior Business Development Director working across BlessingWhite’s European region. Kate is passionate about creating high-performance organisations and thriving workplaces.

Her responsibilities are centered on developing client relationships, working with senior teams and the wider employee populations to implement and sustain high performance cultures. This includes organisational values, leadership, coaching, employee engagement and development initiatives.

Prior to joining BlessingWhite Kate built a successful career in Management Consultancy, specialising in the Private Equity, Chemical, Oil and Gas industry, her clients included BP, ConocoPhillips, Shell, Carlyle Group and TPG. Before this Kate worked for The HR Forum at Richmond Events in a sales and client relationship role. In her spare time Kate enjoys competing in equestrian show jumping and 3-day eventing, squash, running and walking.


Nicholas Coyle

Nick is BlessingWhite's Senior Consultant for Europe. He brings over 25 years of leadership and change management experience to the European region.
Nick started his career as an army officer in the Royal Artillery, training at the Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst, and rising to the rank of Captain. After leaving the army he worked for A.T. Kearney as a senior manager and Corven as a Principal, specialising in enterprise transformation and change management. More recently he has held the posts of Director of Business Change with UBS investment bank and Head of Strategy for Visa Europe. Before joining BlessingWhite Nick was the Principal OD Consultant & Account Director with Lane4 performance development consultancy in the UK.
He has worked with leaders of major organisations across Europe, North America and South East Asia, and in a variety of sectors including Financial Services and Utilities, Local and Central Government. In recent years he has specialised in leadership and team development and executive coaching with clients such as Coca-Cola Enterprises, Argos, Commerzbank, Syngenta, Royal Mail and Tui.
He holds a BSc. in Business Economics from the University of Wales, Cardiff, an MBA from the School of Management, Bradford, and an MSc. in Information Management & Organisational Change from The Management School, Lancaster University. He has trained as a coach on Myles Downey's EMCC and ICF accredited Executive Coaching course at the School of Coaching, London. Nick has also trained in solution-focused coaching with BRIEF and qualified as a Master Practitioner of NLP.
Nick has a young family and enjoys spending most of his free time with his wife and two children. When family commitments permit, he enjoys mountain-biking, watching rugby and sporadically entering endurance events such as the Welsh 1000m Peaks Race.


James Lambert

James Graduated from Keele University in 1997 with a joint honors degree, he has developed his career in a sales environment. Initially in the FMCG sector working for Imperial Tobacco, during his 5 year career here spent time in a variety of sales roles but developed into management and the training division completing his CIPD Certificate in Training Practice in 2002. In 2003 he changed direction slightly by moving into recruitment and had 9 successful years working for 2 of the world's leading recruitment business in a management capacity. Over this 9 year period recruited in the sales sector and then latterly recruiting HR professionals from HR Manager through to Director level encompassing all specialist areas. These 9 years recruitment experience covered a variety of sectors from financial services to FMCG and public sector creating a strong commercial knowledge.

With James' previous training exposure and recruiting in the HR community this is where he became passionate about the development of leadership capability, the development of talent and employee engagement.

Outside of work he spends as much as possible, when family permit, training for triathlons and specifically ironman completing his first long distance in 2009.


Katie Munro

Katie Cooke joined BlessingWhite in 2007 as Business Support Manager. Katie provides both administrative excellence and project management expertise for client implementations. Prior to joining BlessingWhite Katie held client facing positions at companies that include Sara Lee, McGraw-Hill and The Shephard Group.


Mary Edwards

Mary Edwards joined BlessingWhite in 2011 as a Client Support Manager. Mary works closely with Account Directors, Consultants and Associates to provide logistical, administrative and project support for client implementations. Prior to joining BlessingWhite, Mary held similar roles at Apple Computer UK and Europe Ltd, Claris International (now FileMaker Inc) and more recently UK Athletics Ltd - following her personal passion of all things sport, especially athletics, where Mary supported the delivery of performance and development programmes for Great Britain athletes based at the High Performance Centre.
