Leadership Team

Chris joined BlessingWhite in 1999 determined to respect our core beliefs, build on our legacy of thought leadership and take the company to even greater heights of achievement. He initiated and guided the expansion of our work developing high-performance cultures and exceptional leaders. In 2001, he led our employee buyout and is Chairman of our Board of Directors.

Chris works with senior-level clients, providing executive coaching to several presidents and CEOs and consulting on culture, leadership, strategic planning, employee engagement and customer satisfaction. Recent clients include Johnson & Johnson, Toyota and Euro RSCG Life.

Recognized as a "Top 100" thought leader by Leadership Excellence, Chris's expertise is regularly featured in business and human capital media, including management-issues.com, Newsday, Talent Management, and HR Magazine. His contributions include a chapter on the connection between organizational culture and employee engagement in the upcoming reference Building High-Performance People and Organizations.

Before joining BlessingWhite, Chris held senior executive positions at Drake Beam Morin, The Gallup Organization, and AchieveGlobal. He has undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Pennsylvania.

Chris is a member of the Executive Team.

Tom established BlessingWhite's UK office during his first tenure with us and grew the business from a small arm of a US company to a substantial division in its own right. He returned in 2005 as Managing Director to lead our current staff in developing and implementing solutions in Europe.

Clients at ABN AMRO, Amlin PLC and TNS value Tom's breadth of business and management experience and the early and practical results that this brings. He has worked in a leadership capacity with three coaching, leadership and career change businesses and most recently as Business Development Director with outsourcing specialists Williams Lea. Tom went to Oriel College, Oxford.

Tom is a member of the Executive Team.

Stephen leads BlessingWhite's global Consulting Group. It comprises Practice Leaders, Consultants and Project Managers based in the US and Europe and is focused on making our clients' business strategies humanly possible. He also works with senior teams as a leadership facilitator and coach, and consults with our clients on such issues as culture, leadership development, and employee engagement. He has worked with clients as diverse as Coach and PepsiCo, The Federal Reserve and PwC, and is a frequent and highly regarded speaker at national conferences.

Stephen joined BlessingWhite nearly 15 years ago and previously led our operations in Chicago, London and the Eastern United States. Before that, he worked in a variety of roles for Lloyds Bank in the UK. He holds a B.S. in Physics from Imperial College London.

Before joining BlessingWhite Chris served as an Executive Director at The Ken Blanchard Companies for nine years and Vice President of Sales with Golle and Holmes Custom Education for twelve years. He holds a BS and MBA in Finance/Economics from Seton Hall University.

Rosemary joined BlessingWhite in 2000 and leads our operations in the Southeast. She has worked with a wide range of clients, including PwC, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, Cox Enterprises, and BMW. Her expertise includes employee engagement, talent management, senior executive effectiveness, and high-performance cultures.

Rosemary’s 20 years of experience in human resource consulting and training includes successful stints with IMS America, The Hay Group, Porter Henry and Co. and Drake Beam Morin. She received her B.A. from Rutgers University and an M.Ed. in Adult Education from West Chester (PA) University.

Angela has been with BlessingWhite for nearly 15 years and leads our operations in the middle third of the US and all of Canada . She also consults with clients on issues such as high-performance culture and performance management. Clients at Harley-Davidson, Eaton, BMC Software, Guidant Corporation, Pactiv, Takeda and Kimberly Clark value the expertise she brings to the table.

Angela holds a B.A. in Organizational Psychology from The University of Michigan and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

Fraser joined BlessingWhite in 2007 to develop the company's worldwide Marketing capabilities. Fraser has held global Marketing & product management roles for the last 9 years, working out of the UK, Sweden, Canada and the USA. Most recently Fraser was head of E-commerce and Director of Web Marketing at GE Healthcare.

Fraser works with clients on employee engagement, effective communication strategies and optimizing managerial buy-in for large-scale implementations.

He holds a Business degree from the University of Bradford in the UK and is a member of the British Chartered Institute of Marketing.
